Chinese Democracy Leaks

So nevermind what Stereogum says about the album, could it be true that Chinese Democracy, "the most expensive album never made", is actually coming out? Is Dr. Pepper happy or sad? (Happy is my guess.) Oh, and if you get your hands on it, please let me know. I'd really like to hear it.
